Baby Boy Day Gown perfectly sized for a new born baby.  What better way to bring your new bundle of joy home from the hospital wearing the day gown and bonnet tailored especially for a new baby boy.  The day gown and bonnet are made from Imperial batiste fabric which is a poly/cotton blend to resist wrinkles.  The gown features ten twin needle pintucks on each side of the of the faux shirt placket.  Honeycomb smocking is down on the pintucks allowing for some heirloom techniques without the fuss of fullness that traditional smocking creates.  The day gown is fully lined and styled with a kimono sleeve design.  Baby blue fold-back cuffs adjust easily for length.  The tucked front, faux shirt placket and vest-like hem presents a masculine style for baby boys.  The front is closed with 6 tiny buttons.  A matching bonnet has twin needle pintucks all the way around with a baby blue brim that mimics the cuffs on the day gown.  It is tied with white double faced satin ribbon.  

This day gown will make for a special homecoming but also great for that first photo shoot.  It could also be worn as a baptismal or baby dedication gown.
